EasyJet has announced that it is expanding its flexible policies as part of its “Promise of Protection” to maintain customers’ peace of mind when booking flights.
Until March 31, 2022, all easyJet customers can continue to change their flights without a change fee up to two hours before departure.
There are no restrictions on dates or destination; and customers with new and existing bookings can transfer to any flight currently on sale until the end of September 2022.
The current protection against travel restrictions for flights will remain in place until December 31, 2022.
This means that if a lockdown, travel ban, or hotel quarantine is imposed, customers will be able to receive a refund, voucher, or be able to transfer their flight for free.
“We know that flexibility continues to be crucial for our customers, so we’ve extended our promise of protection to help customers book flights with confidence, knowing they can plan their trip without having to worry, said Sophie Dekkers, commercial director of easyJet.
All easyJet vacations are also backed by its promise of protection offering a money-back guarantee, the freedom to change a booking, a reduced balance due date and deposit refunds.
